Protein Brownies

Ingredients:

3 Banana’s Mashed

1/2 cup Almond Butter (or any nut butter)

1/4 cup cocoa

2 Scoops of chocolate or vanilla protein powder

2Tsp Vanilla Extract

1/4 cup egg whites

Dark Chocolate Chips (Optional)

Recipe:

  1. Turn oven on to 350 degree F

  2. Add all ingredients EXCEPT for the chocolate chips and mix well.

  3. Pour into non-stick or greased 8 inch pan.

  4. Add chocolate chips (Optional)

  5. Bake for 15-18 mins.
