Meet Megan
Megan is a Registered Massage Therapist and a 500 hour experienced yoga teacher and movement instructor. With nearly fifteen years of years of experience teaching Megan's approach combines her love of anatomy, movement and self-care for clients.
Megan loves to take a functional movement approach to help balance and maintain tissue and muscle health and function. Megan's classes blend breath, mindfulness, anatomy and a physical practice. Her teachings focus on sharing a love of movement and understanding how the body functions to make empowered choices on and off the mat.
