Heather Dodge is a Registered Psychotherapist and Reiki Teacher who has been helping other women heal and find their power for over a decade. Heather has turned her focus towards her psychotherapy practise over the last 5 years and has a deep passion for helping people recover from complex trauma and attachment wounds. Heather is excited to share her knowledge about nervous system and emotional awareness with the hope she can deeply empower other women and elevate your sense of female empowerment

Yes! The workout is designed to be accessible to all fitness levels. Whether you're new to exercise or an experienced fitness enthusiast, you'll be able to follow along at your own pace.
3. What should I bring to the event?
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable workout clothes, no shoes required. I will provide snacks, refreshments, and a goodie bag for you to enjoy.
4. What’s the difference between General Admission and VIP tickets?
General Admission includes access to the workout, guided meditation, and refreshments.
