Yes! The workout is designed to be accessible to all fitness levels. Whether you're new to exercise or an experienced fitness enthusiast, you'll be able to follow along at your own pace.

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable workout clothes. Indoor shoes if you would like them.

The event lasts 1.5 hours. We’ll start with a full-body workout, followed by a 15 minute guided meditation, and finish with a guided women’s circle.

Tickets are non-refundable, but if you are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to someone else.
